Colin Garrett joins Rooster Hall Racing for his debut in the Touring Car TCX. Piloting the No. 44 BMW M2, Garrett is looking to expand his road racing resume this 2022 season.

“I’m excited to join Rooster Hall this year and develop my road course racing skill set,” he said. “I’m looking forward to the season opener at Sonoma Raceway later this month.”

As an Xfinity Series NASCAR driver, Colin has seen his fair share of oval tracks and a few road courses throughout his career so far. In fact, he’s raced his way from a track championship back in 2017 in the Limited Sportsman Division to running Late Models, Super Late Models, and ARCA (previously known as K&N) before jumping into the Xfinity world.

In 2022, he has his sights set on a new championship: the SRO TC America TCX.

“Road courses are a different beast, but the adrenaline of racing is still the same,” Garrett shared. “It’s a different sports car, but the desire to get out there and win on a track doesn’t change.”

He’s also passionate about giving back and will have a spot on his car for his 11-11 Veteran Project, promoting access to community, health services, and entrepreneurship opportunities for veterans and their families.

Colin, along with his teammates Todd Brown and Johan Schwartz, is gearing up for an exciting season.

The Touring Car TCX season opener is at Sonoma Raceway on April 15-17. Ticket prices start at just $10 for Friday tickets, and a three-day pass is just $40. Kids 12 and under and parking are free of charge.

Tickets can be purchased online or at the gate. All races are streamed live on the GTWorld YouTube channel and broadcast on CBS Sports Network.
